Our Story
Nurserve has been in operation since 1991,
servicing the needs of our patients and their families. Having been established for such a long time, we know the industry well, and are able to pass on our expertise to our patients. We originally began as a wound care practice, then realised the need for patients also requiring help at home.
We are therefore now a fully fledged nursing Agency providing nursing care within people’s homes as well as the wound care.

Nurserve is a Nursing Agency as well as wound care provider, providing holistic care to our patients within their home environment for those requiring care, or in our clinic for those needing wound care.
We regard the patient as a whole – both physical and spiritual being. The purpose of our agency is to ensure high quality care to our patients by incorporating medical technology as well as home resources.
We promote education and support of the patient and family. We form part of a team and work in close liaison with other healthcare providers, being the preferred provider by several medical aids. We have a close relationship with most doctors liaising with them on the patient’s behalf.
Our caring, friendly as well as professional staff create a conducive atmosphere for the promotion of the well – being of our patients. Our nurses are informed and versed in the condition of the patient to enable them to care for the needs of each individual patient. Our wound care service is of the highest standard being run by professional nurses being trained within advanced wound care.
